Vipps による支払い非公開プレビュー
ノルウェーで一般的な支払い方法である Vipps についてご紹介します。
Vipps is a single-use card wallet payment method used in Norway. It allows your customer to authenticate and approve payments using the Vipps app.
When your customer pays with Vipps, Stripe performs a card transaction using the card data we receive from Vipps. The processing of the card transaction is invisible to your integration, and Stripe immediately notifies you whether the payment succeeded or failed.
よくある間違い
Vipps 決済は現在、非公開プレビューでのみ利用可能です。非公開プレビュー期間中は、Vipps に関係するすべての API リクエストに vipps_ ヘッダーを含める必要があります。このヘッダーを含む例については、実装に関するドキュメントをご覧ください。
決済フロー
顧客が Vipps にリンクされている電話番号を入力すると、Vipps アプリでプッシュ通知が届き、支払いがオーソリされます。

Connect
You can use Stripe Connect with Vipps to process payments. Connect users can use Vipps with the following charge types:
Enable Vipps for connected accounts
Connected accounts with access to the full Stripe Dashboard can enable Vipps in their Payment methods settings. To check which accounts have enabled Vipps, use the capabilities hash in the accounts webhooks or APIs to see if the vipps_ capability is set to active.
For connected accounts that don’t have access to the full Stripe Dashboard, see enable payment methods for your connected accounts. The name of the connected account is the name that customers see during checkout and in the Vipps app.
不審請求の申請
Vipps では、取引に対して不審請求を申し立てることが認められています。顧客は、不正利用の疑い、二重支払い、または注文金額と取引金額の差異などの問題について、カード発行会社に直接不審請求を申し立てることができます。
不審請求に異議を申し立てるための反証資料を直接提出できます。不審請求の申し立てプロセスは、カード決済の場合と同じです。不審請求の申し立てを処理する方法についてご紹介します。
返金
Vipps は全額返金と一部返金に対応しています。また、元の支払い金額を上限として、複数の一部返金を発行することもできます。
制限付き業種カテゴリー
Stripe の使用が制限されている業種カテゴリーに加えて、以下のカテゴリーは Vipps の利用が禁止されています。
- 仮想通貨 (制限付き)
- 株式取引
- ギャンブル
- 賭け事
- 債券
- 送金
- 債務回収
- マルチ商法とねずみ講

現在の制限事項
BankAxept のサポート
Stripe は BankAxept カードネットワークをサポートしていません。顧客が BankAxept ブランドのカードで支払った場合、Stripe は代わりに Visa または Mastercard ネットワークで支払いを処理します。
手数料
Stripe は Vipps からカードデータを受け取った後、Visa または Mastercard との連携でカード取引を処理します。Vipps 決済はカード取引であるため、成功した取引 1 件につき以下の手数料が発生します。
- カード取引に関連する Stripe 処理手数料
- 適用される税金
- Vipps 取引手数料
Vipps の取引手数料は、取引時点ではすぐに差し引かれません。代わりに、Stripe は 1 日 1 回の請求を行います。
Stripe の処理手数料と税金
取引が成功すると、Stripe は基の取引金額からStripe の取引手数料と適用される税金を自動的に差し引き、残りの金額を Stripe 残高に提供します。これらの手数料は、標準のカード取引と同じです。
Vipps 決済では、お客様の国に適用される標準入金スケジュールが適用されます。
Vipps 処理手数料
Vipps 処理手数料は、取引の正味額内訳に表示されません。代わりに、Stripe は 1 日 1 回 Vipps 処理手数料を請求し、その時点でお客様の Stripe 残高から金額を自動的に差し引きます。
